With his wisdom which he has attained through his rich experience in varied investment industries for past 20 years & majorly in real estate sector & his in-depth knowledge as a developer & promoter is enormous. Being a MBA his transition from handling sales force to now becoming an entrepreneur in real estate business is commendable. He possesses very sound business acumen of real estate options in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar & Delhi NCR which are the territories where HGI will market it's projects in future.
As the source of motivation, Mohd Ahsan Qasim at HGI one of the directors responsible for project planning and forecasting. He has handled a very vast portfolio in the financial securities sector & real estate industry for tenure of 16 yrs & works hand in hand with Mr. Vachaspati Singh in all strategic decision making related to the group towards growth & sustainability. He is one of the core strategic member of the company.
An MBA in marketing has instilled the prerequisite of his foresight, the art of managing things. He has the ability to make growth strategy and enable the expansion plans as per schedule. He is firm believer in TQM (Total Quality Management) & TPM (Total Process Management), by the virtue of which he has delivered quality business in all the portfolios he has handled in the past and continues to do so in the days to come.
